  • OutBack FLEXware FW1000-DC Power System

    OutBack Power, based out of Arlington, WA and founded in 2001, is an off-grid inverter manufacturer. By keeping their focus specifically on battery based systems, they have become a leader and innovator in this type of application. For applications with three or four OutBack FX series inverter/chargers and up to four MX series MPPT charge controllers. Uses two FW-MP mounting plates. Powder coated aluminum with stainless steel hardware. Wall mounted.

    DC breaker enclosure - fits at the DC side of three or four FX series inverter/chargers. Includes two ground bus bars, 1000 amp DC shunt assembly with negative TBB breaker mounting screws

    Holds up to eleven small 0.75" (19 mm) DC rated panel mount breakers from 1 to 80 amps and either:
    nine medium 1" (26 mm) DC rated panel mount breaker either 100 or 125 amp or
    six large 1.5" (39 mm) DC rated panel mount breaker either 175 or 250 amp

    • One DCA Conduit Cover per inverter/charger
    • One 3' red 2/0 or 4/0 cable per inverter
    • One 3' white 2/0 or 4/0 cable per inverter
    • One inverter breaker per inverter
    • Two Ground Fault Protection (3-mounting spaces) (NEC-2008 requires for all systems)
    • One FW1000-AC Power System (see item for additional requirements.)
